Creating droplets
Droplets can be created by any window containing this icon:
To create a droplet in such a window, click the droplet icon. Give the droplet a name in the save file dialog that opens and click Save. The resulting droplet will have the icon below:
Configuring droplets
Info droplets can be configured to apply the desired changes only to files with a specific creator, type, or extension, and to items inside folders. To configure a droplet, launch it directly without dropping anything on it.
Determining what a droplet does
Use a droplet’s command to view a description of the actions performed by the droplet.
